Who is it for?

The two people who carry sponsorship at a club: the sponsor manager on the commercial side, and the marketing manager on activation. It fits professional, semi-professional, and ambitious amateur clubs. Football, GAA, rugby, basketball, whatever you play.

Is our sponsor data secure?

Yes. Each club's data lives in its own workspace with row-level security enforced at the database, so no club can ever see another club's sponsors. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell or share it.

Are you GDPR compliant? Where is data stored?

Accepted Answer

The waitlist and product are built to GDPR requirements: explicit consent, data minimisation, and the right to erasure. Data is hosted in the EU. If your club has specific data-residency requirements, mention them when you request access and we'll walk you through the details.

When can we start?

Early access opens in small groups, so each club actually gets set up properly. Request access and we'll come back to you with a timeline, usually within a few days.

What does it cost?

Three plans: Starter, priced per seat, covers the core sponsorship database. Club is a flat monthly rate for the whole commercial team with the full workflow. Enterprise is custom for larger organisations. We share the numbers when we talk, and clubs that join during early access keep their pricing after launch.

Can we bring our existing sponsors across?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can import your sponsors and contacts from a spreadsheet, and CRM imports (HubSpot, Salesforce) are in development. You won't have to retype your portfolio.

What does the AI actually see?

Accepted Answer

Only the sponsor information and interactions you log in Zephlo, and only to flag renewal risk and relationship signals back to you. It isn't a chatbot, and your data is never used to train anyone's models.

Question 9

Is our data ours, and can we get it out?

Accepted Answer

Always. Your sponsor data belongs to your club; you can export it whenever you want, and we'll delete it on request. We never sell or share it.
