About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Zephlo website and the early-access programme. The product itself is provided under a separate agreement entered into when your club is onboarded.

Early access

Requesting early access does not create a subscription, a contract, or any obligation on either side. We may onboard clubs in any order and make no commitment about timing or availability.

The product is pre-launch software in active development. Features described on this website reflect the current product direction and may change before general availability.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to access data that isn't yours, submit false information, or use the waitlist form to send spam.

Intellectual property

All content on this website — text, design, and product imagery — belongs to Zephlo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

This website is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
